Combat: Famine is slow, insidious, and deadly.
Aura of Hunger: It reduces the Might, Speed, and Intellect Edges of all creatures in Short range by 2.
Heat Wave: It inflicts 4 damage that ignores armor to all creatures in immediate range.
Staff of Decay: It has 3 random cyphers, with each cypher gaining +1 to its level and 2 random artifacts.
Starvation Touch: It moves a creature down the damage track by 1 (to a max of Debilitated).
Use: Famine is coming from the west, it intends to converge with the other Horsemen to bring about armageddon.  The characters become aware of this after discovering a line of corpses, all dead from starvation, lying in his wake. 
Loot: A defeated Famine has 1d6 cyphers and 2 artifacts.
