Combat: War is the incarnation, the 
quintessence of battle and mayhem.
Rune Ball and Chain: It can inflict 6 points of damage to all creatures in immediate range.
Power-Meld: It has 3 random cyphers and each cyphers gains +3 to its level.
Shrink: It can shrink to 1 feet tall and gains +1 damage and +2 armor.
Laser Mounted Cannon: It can inflict 6 points of damage at long range.
Titan: It can grow to 24 feet tall and gains +1 damage and +2 armor.
Weapon-Meld: It has 2 artifacts that are weapons and each artifact gains +3 to its level.
Use: Death is coming from the south, it intends to converge with the other Horsemen to bring about armageddon.  The characters become aware of this after encountering a cult dedicated to War, known as the Battle Hardened. 
Loot: A defeated War has 1d6+3 cyphers and 2 artifacts.
