On WotC's Facebook page there is information about submitting a character sheet for DnD NEXT. But what's intriguing is that in the last paragraph of the rules, it mentions the sheets will be published in late 2013.
Now, I've been hearing DnD NEXT won't release until August of 2014, but I've personally been suspecting that we'll see a "Basic" Set by Christmas this year. Hence, the need for stable builds for the Fighter, Wizard, Cleric, and Rogue from Level 1 to 20.
We'll see what's up soon, I'm sure.
Oh, and submit a character sheet! I know I will.

It also says the "publication" will be made available to playtesters. So I read this as just meaning it will be available in a future playtest packet, not that they're launching anything anytime soon.
