Which RPG best captures the spirit of the game?
Warhammer Fantasy Role Play.
Strangely, I'm a huge fan of Games Workshop's Old World even though I don't play their miniature games. While percentile systems are not my bag, I love what what was done with the game and I feel it perfectly captures the spirit of the setting.
