There is a new RPG on Kickstarter named Trigger Happy: Roleplaying in a World Which Hates You.Its setup reminds me strongly of the Feng Shui RPG (thats a good thing). I love action movies and it looks like it can handle that genre well.
Give it a look and think about backing it.
