Jarlsburg: Mad Roland

Mad Roland moves throughout the city, barking his messages of warning and doom.  He's done it for as long as anyone can remember.  His favorite spot is on the corner of 7th and Dominic.

His most recent warning is thus:

Just as the Jarl is guided by Four Ministers,
Just as the night is ruled by Four Moons,
So this city will know Four Dooms.

Dread the Star, for it's light is filled with hunger,
Dread the Blizzard, for it's wind breeds corruption,
Dread the Bastard, for his words incite war,
Dread the Monk, for his touch means death.
